Day 5

11.47 am

Tea and biscuits in the morning that's it. Planning to do some yoga today.

2.50 pm

Had moong dal,  3 small puri and some brown rice for lunch.
600ml of water intake.

There is something that I have noticed about my weight. I haven't actually gained weight in the last 3 months. It is constant. I loose like 1 kg sometimes and then gain that back.

I need to understand what this is.

10.00 pm

Had some Chinese for dinner. I decided to have soup first so I am half fool and won't eat a lot of rice. It worked.
